Climbing shoe sizing depends on the type of climbing you do. For bouldering and sport climbing, a snug, performance fit is ideal — typically 0.5–1 size down from your street shoe. For trad and multi-pitch, comfort matters more, so go closer to your street size. Our experts can help you find the perfect fit — just send us a message with your street shoe size and climbing style.
What's the difference between loose chalk and liquid chalk?
Loose chalk is the traditional choice — it provides excellent grip and is easy to re-apply mid-route. Liquid chalk applies as a liquid and dries into a long-lasting base layer, making it ideal for gyms (less mess) and humid conditions. Many climbers use liquid chalk as a base coat and top up with loose chalk during climbs. We carry both premium options.
How often should I replace my dynamic rope?
Rope lifespan depends on usage. With heavy use (weekly leading), replace every 1–2 years. Moderate use (monthly), every 3–4 years. Light use or top-rope only, up to 5 years. Always retire a rope immediately after a severe fall, if you see core shots, or if it feels stiff and flat. When in doubt, replace it — your rope is your lifeline.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Climbing shoes can be tried on indoors — just make sure the soles are clean and unscuffed. Ropes and safety equipment must be unopened for hygiene and safety reasons.
Are your carabiners CE/UIAA certified?
Absolutely. Every piece of safety-critical equipment we sell — carabiners, ropes, harnesses, helmets — carries CE and/or UIAA certification. We only partner with manufacturers who meet the highest international safety standards. You'll find certification details on every product page.
